Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Stable Flow. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use Stable Flow.
Stable Flow is owned and operated by Airlint Investments (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa ("Stable Flow", "we", "us", "our"). Stable Flow is a cloud-based stable management platform that provides tools for managing horses, riders, bookings, contracts, invoicing, and related stable operations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You must be at least 18 years old to register an account. By registering on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
Certain features of Stable Flow require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We use PayFast as our payment provider; your payment details are processed by PayFast and are not stored on our servers.
Airlint Investments (Pty) Ltd is not registered as a VAT vendor. Prices shown do not include VAT.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
When you use Stable Flow to accept a payment from a client via PayFast, we charge a transaction fee of 2% of the payment amount, in addition to PayFast's own transaction fees. While your organisation is subscribed to our Free plan, this transaction fee is 3.9% instead, reflecting the reduced cost of that plan; it reverts to 2% automatically once you upgrade to a paid plan. Details of PayFast's current fees are available at https://payfast.io/fees/. These fees are deducted automatically before the payment is settled to you.
We may also change the features, usage limits, or inclusions of any subscription plan at any time. Where such a change materially reduces what is included in a plan you are currently subscribed to, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect.
If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.
You agree not to use Stable Flow to:
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Stable Flow, including client records, documents, and files. You grant us a limited licence to process and store that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We will not sell your data to third parties. We may use aggregated, anonymised data for product improvement and analytics. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle personal information.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you upload about third parties (clients, staff, etc.) is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining any required consents. For the purposes of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 ("POPIA"), you act as the Responsible Party for personal information you upload about your own clients and staff, and we act only as the Operator, processing that information on your instructions and solely to provide the platform to you.
Stable Flow provides tools for sending documents for electronic signature. You are responsible for ensuring that documents you send are accurate, lawfully created, and that the recipients have capacity to sign. We do not verify the legal validity of documents or signatures in any specific jurisdiction. You should seek independent legal advice if the enforceability of a signed document is critical to you.
Certain categories of document (such as wills, certain deeds, and other documents that by law require an advanced electronic signature or notarial execution) are not suitable for signature through Stable Flow. It is your responsibility to determine whether a document you send for signature is suitable for the type of electronic signature this platform provides.
All software, design, trademarks, and content forming part of the Stable Flow platform are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property other than as strictly necessary to use the service.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. We are not liable for losses caused by outages, interruptions, or loss of data beyond reasonable backups.
Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these terms where that failure or delay results from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages or load shedding, internet or telecommunications failures, failures of third-party service providers, natural disasters, pandemics, riots, war, or government action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stable Flow and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, except where such damages arise from our gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Where a claim arises specifically from an error in payment processing or in the calculation of the transaction fee described in Section 3, our total liability for that claim shall instead not exceed the amount of the payment or fee actually in dispute.
You agree to indemnify and hold Stable Flow, its owners, employees, and agents harmless against any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the platform, or your failure to comply with applicable data protection laws in respect of personal information you upload.
You may cancel your account at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.
Upon termination, you may request an export of your data. We aim to delete data we no longer have a legitimate business need to retain within a reasonable period after termination, but do not guarantee a fixed deletion timeline. Deletion of your data does not settle or discharge any outstanding balance you owe your own clients (for example, unspent wallet credit); you remain solely responsible for reconciling those balances with your clients before or upon termination.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising from these terms through direct negotiation for a period of at least 30 days, unless urgent interim relief is required.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Entire Agreement & No Waiver: These terms (together with our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Stable Flow regarding your use of the platform, and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Notices: Any formal notice to us under these terms must be sent to the email address in Section 17. We may send notices to you at the email address associated with your account.
